Stream a M.A.N.D.Y. radio mix

If you’re anything like me, the Superbowl is something to recover from, especially for viewers expecting a perfect team to play a near perfect game. (If you’re not or are unimpressed by American football, just play along.) So rather than select your own playlist, let recent Fabric mix makers and Get Physical head honchos M.A.N.D.Y. steer your musical ship for a while. This radio mix they and my friends at Fabric were kind enough to lend us is almost completely new to me, which means we’ll probably be hearing these tracks out in a big way sometime soon. Enjoy.

[This mix has been archived.]

01. Sascha Funke, “Lotre (Mehr Fleisch)” [BPitch Control]
02. Tim Paris, “Widow Diskow” [Marketing Music]
03. Imps (aka Minilogue), “Unkle Limp” (Turkish version) [Mule Electronic]
04. Voodeux, “The Spell” [Mothership]

can’t seem to download it

littlewhiteearbuds  on February 5, 2008 at 10:27 AM

Hey Todd, thanks for pointing that out. I’ve fixed the link and it should now be ready for downloads.

loving this mix, haven’t heard any of these before, and you’re right, all will certainly be huge!

it has a very different feel from their actual fabric cd though, which seemed a little more playful than the straightforward tech house here. not to say one is better, just different.

hey steve, dropped you a line on last.fm a couple of days ago as private message. did you, by any chance, receive it?

i still cant download…

littlewhiteearbuds  on February 7, 2008 at 2:04 PM

The download option has been taken down at the behest of Fabric.

todd  on February 10, 2008 at 12:35 PM

taken down ? why, isn’t it just a promo mix ?

henri  on February 11, 2008 at 1:24 AM

no download huh ?? WEAK

littlewhiteearbuds  on February 11, 2008 at 5:59 PM

Their rules, not mine. Is it really that much of a hassle to keep a window open to stream while you’re doing something else?

ifs_ands_buts  on February 14, 2008 at 1:14 PM

nice mix. also, nice addition to their cool fabric cd. and i thought they were off the radar for me after not getting into their latest stuff at all. ;-)

coolness. sloppy mixing but it’s great selection.
