haha, that’s a pretty cynical thing to say Ben K. i sure hope music doesn’t cycle that quickly… what a fucked up thing if it were so.

i’m with the majority here. levon vincent remix is pretty damn sick and totally does justice to the original, which is a mighty track. yay jersey!

though, i can see where jordan is coming from. it’d be great to see him turn it down a couple notches and put out something completely chilled out, even more so than the flip to medium is the message. i bet it’d be amazing.

My favorite Is levon’s remix. I predict it will become very fashion to bash Levon’s new releases over the coming months, a “backlash” to his fruitful 2009. I hope he can survive, we love his music in Berlin.

I respect the three other cuts in this release, but the Levon Vincent remix is the one I keep reaching for, too, “artistic mandate” be damned.

great release. I think the levon remix is excellent. difficult to choose a favourite, but between the vincent & parasole/fredp remixes for me. i think it’s testament to the strength of the release that everyone has different faves, the standard is obviously high.

I’d have to disagree about Levon’s remix being a disappointment. It’s more of a slow builder that has a real hypnotic feel throughout, I would’nt say its “vibe ruining mud”. I hear it as slow burning jacking house track that touches the borders with techno. It has an almost ritual tribal feel to it, with the interchangable drums & those shimmering effects.

hmm… the vincent remix is the one for me here. It’s a relentless, single-minded, long dark tunnel stomp and it’s absolutely sick.

The original is also just as good, but for different reasons and a different time of the night.
