I wasn’t feeling this either. MCDE will have to be careful of not falling into the “sounding the same” bracket. And like Peder says, Mr Scruff should stick to DJ’ing. An average release from what is normally a top quality label.

gotta disagree. was sorely disappointed by this, especially as all the previous “various artists” prime numbers releases have been superb. the MCDE track sounds phoned-in (i say this as a fan of some of his previous stuff) and the mr scruff track is either a hometown favour or an example of why good DJs shouldn’t produce. “jack city” is typical andrés greatness, but 1/3, could do better!
