Little White Earbuds seeks editorial interns to work for us during summer and fall of 2011. All candidates must be available 8-12 hours per week during the summer and the fall semester, beginning June 6th and ending December 31st. Tasks include, but are not limited to, fact-checking, transcribing interviews, writing administrative posts, and data entry. The ideal candidates should have excellent research skills, strong computer skills, as well as a familiarity with the artists we cover. The ability to gain school credit for the internship is strongly preferred.

This is an unpaid internship, which is why the ability to gain college credit for it is preferred.

It’s definitely possible for writing opportunities to spring from the internship but that is not guaranteed.
Following your reply re: “consistent Internet access”, is there a possibility of an international internship? I’m in the UK and would be interested, if that is possible.
