Always enjoy Chris’ mixes both for LWE and Table Tennis. He really has an ear for great house and techno tracks and no doubt this mix will be a pleasure to indulge in from start to finish. It’s also a pleasure to hear his thoughts on each individual track. Sometimes I do base my buying decisions on what Chris has said about a particular release.

Nice downtempo start. I’m really enjoying the bandshell EP at the moment.

Why do you hate American dance music so much?

littlewhiteearbuds  on July 19, 2012 at 11:37 PM

I don’t know if that’s supposed to be a joke or what.

deejaycountzero  on July 20, 2012 at 8:22 PM

well, at first blush i only recognized 2 of the 31 as americans. but now i see that there are closer to 7 or 8. so, not a joke so much as a slightly incorrect observation.

I’m laughing at him, not with him.

Wicked mix Chris, thoroughly enjoyed it, as always!

Great mix as always from Chris, but did I hear Chris say He didn’t really like Boards of Canada? Whaaaaaat?

chris miller  on August 14, 2012 at 9:58 PM

thanks everyone for the kind words! and frank, next time i will play more american records 😉

Jeremy — some of their material, such as the Hell Interface remixes, are some of my favorite electro records ever. but i dunno, the albums on warp never really connected with me. perhaps it’s time to revisit!
