It’s been a unusual and busy week here at LWE headquarters, what with random tickets to baseball games and trying to select talented writers to join our ranks. But while reviews are largely on holiday for the week, we’re still committed to providing you thee good stuff. Case in point, this mix by Mr. Villalobos, recorded live at Fabric (where he happens to be playing this Saturday with Seth Troxler, Claude Von Stroke, Faze Action and Justin Martin). Fabric told me it was exclusive to LWE. If you don’t like the mix, check out the Paul Frick and Kindisch mixes from earlier this week.
Heard this months ago. It is in now way “exclusive” to this site. I would question if the source of the mix was genuinely fabric.
I downloaded this mix from another source a while back – the file says “Slam FM 08-Dec-2007” so not sure if was originally recorded for http://www.slamfm.nl/ or what. Odly the Slam FM version is pitched up a notch…
BTW – the Paul Frick mix was *awesome*! i wanted to hear more – to bad it ends so abruptly.
